What if I get disconnected?

No need to worry—your gameplay is protected if you get disconnected.

You don’t need to be online for your Bingo cards to continue playing. If you lose connection:

• Your active cards will keep playing automatically
• Any winnings will be credited to your account

You can check your results at any time under My Account > Transactions.

Slots and live dealer games

If you are disconnected while playing a slot or live dealer game:

• In most cases, the game will resume when you reconnect
• If the game cannot resume, your bet will be returned
• Any legitimate winnings up to the point of disconnection will be credited to your account
