How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the time it takes for funds to reach you will depend on your selected payment method.

• After approval (payment delivery):
  Once your withdrawal has been approved and sent, delivery times vary by method:
  • Interac e-Transfer: Typically received within 24 hours
  • Visa: Typically received within 3–5 business days

What does “after approval” mean?

“After approval” refers to the point where your withdrawal has successfully passed our internal review and verification process.

At this stage, the funds have been released from our system and are on their way to your bank or payment provider. Your financial institution may take additional time (up to 5 business days) to reflect the funds in your account.
