Withdrawal Request Limits – What You Need to Know
To help maintain a smooth and reliable withdrawal process, Delta Casino has introduced a limit of five (5) withdrawal requests within a 24‑hour period.
This update supports a better player experience and aligns with our commitment to responsible gaming.
How the Withdrawal Limit Works
- You may submit up to 5 withdrawal requests per 24 hours
- Once the limit is reached:
- Any additional withdrawal requests during that period will be automatically declined
- Declined withdrawals are returned to your account balance immediately
- These funds remain available in your wallet
Important to Know
- A declined withdrawal does not mean the funds are pending
- The funds are not lost, but they are also not being processed for payout. The funds immediately return to your wallet.
Why Am I Seeing My Balance Increase?
If a withdrawal request is declined after the daily limit is reached, the amount is returned to your wallet right away.
If you continue playing, this can sometimes make it appear as though your balance is increasing due to winnings — when in fact, it may be returned withdrawal funds.
We recommend keeping an eye on your transaction history if you’re playing while making withdrawals.
When Can I Request Another Withdrawal?
- The withdrawal request limit resets 24 hours after your first withdrawal request
- Once reset, you may submit up to 5 new withdrawal requests
