Yes. Account verification helps keep your account secure and ensures smooth gameplay and withdrawals.
Our system attempts instant verification when you sign up. If that process is unsuccessful, or if we need to reconfirm details later, we may ask you to upload documents through our secure Document Center.
What Documents Might Be Required?
Depending on the situation, we may ask you to upload one or more of the following:
- A valid government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license, photo card, etc.)
- A selfie with your ID
-
Proof of address dated recently (if applicable)
We will always let you know exactly what is required and provide instructions on how to upload your documents.
How to Take a Selfie With Your ID for Verification
To avoid delays, please follow the tips below carefully when submitting a selfie with your ID.
- Choose good lighting. Stand facing a window for natural daylight and avoid overhead lighting that could cause glare. Make sure there is no bright light behind you.
- Make sure your full face is visible. Look directly at the camera and ensure nothing is covering your face. Hats, sunglasses, or face coverings should be removed.
- Hold your ID correctly. Hold the document beside your face, making sure all four corners of the ID are visible.
-
Do not cover any information or edges with your fingers.
Additional verification may be required. In some cases, we may ask you to hold a piece of paper with a specific code or the current date written on it. Any requested text must be clearly readable in the photo.
Check clarity before submitting. Every word on your ID must be sharp and readable. Blurry images, glare, cropped edges, or unreadable text will result in the document being rejected and a new upload being requested.
Why We May Ask for Verification Again
For security and regulatory reasons, we may periodically need to verify or reconfirm your information, even if your account was previously verified.
This can happen when:
- You contact Customer Support
- You request changes to your account information
- Additional security checks are required
In these situations, we may ask you to answer security questions associated with your account or request updated documents such as photo ID or proof of address through our Document Center.
What If I’m Having Trouble Uploading My Documents?
If your documents are rejected, it is usually due to image quality. Common issues include glare, blur, fingers covering information, or cropped images.
Please review the instructions above and try again in a different location with better lighting. If you continue to have trouble, our support team will be happy to assist you.
