How to close your account
You have two options:
Option 1: From your account settings
- Go to My Account
- Select Play Limits
- Click Close My Account
- Follow the prompts to confirm your request
Option 2: Contact Support

Important things to know
- Account closure is not permanent and your account may be reopened by contacting Support
- You may be asked to complete identity verification before closure
- Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before requesting closure
- While closed, you will not be able to access your account or play
